Riley Minich, of Fremont, is overcome with emotion after hugging President Barack Obama, Bowling Green, Ohio, Sept 26 

From her mother: The young girl is my daughter. Her shirt said, “Too young to vote, old enough to volunteer.” She’s a neighborhood team leader for President Obama and between school, work, & the campaign she puts in about 60 hours a week. Her hard work paid off with a VIP ticket to see him, she never dreamed what would come next! As he got closer to her she started to cry, so he just embraced her! We couldn’t be more proud of our daughter or more proud of our President!

I’m so glad there are people like this in the world to get shit done. I wish I’d been this awesome at her age (or now, even).
