I don’t understand Ryan’s logic.

“Iran is 4-years closer to a nuclear weapon. Isn’t it a good thing that we put sanctions on them?”

He seems to be arguing that the Republicans were awesome for putting up sanctions, but that the sanctions don’t work because Iran is closer to a nuclear weapon.
