I hit my target weight this week!

My first target, that is. When I started using My Fitness Pal, I’d already lost 10 pounds, but I wanted to be realistic about my goals, so I only set it for 50 pounds off. I always wait for a week before celebrating any losses, so, here it is, my big celebration. I weight 155 pounds today. YAY YAY YAY!


But I’m not done. I’d like to do another 15 pounds at least. My dream goal is 140, which might sound like a lot, but on me, it’s about a size 6, and I don’t need to be any skinnier than that.

If you’re interested, I did it healthfully, with diet and exercise. No fad diets, just regular old moderation and calorie counting. I needed to lose the weight because I was unhealthy, and it’s made a huge difference in my life. I’ve never been so proud of anything I’ve ever accomplished.
