I’m not exactly an expert, but I think I can clarify.  She’s IN FAVOR OF GAY MARRIAGE.  The sign is ironic.  If this man who cracked the German enigma code (whatever that is) and contributed to the downfall of the Nazi regime was gay, maybenot all gays are “evil” and “of the devil”.  See this post on Feast of Fools for more details.
